Blaz is a restaurant and wine bar on Donghu Road. It boasts an idyllic terrace with outdoor seating and a cozy dimly lit dining room with a communal wine bar. The food has French roots with a hint of Asian influence like gochujang for seasoning and a crayfish vol au vent. Dishes are otherwise traditional-ish with duck confit croquettes, terrines, beef tartare (spicy), frog legs, roasted bone marrow, and escargot. Dog-friendly outdoors.
